Once an investment is selected, Kansas Capital acts as the lead investor. We place our own capital at risk before we bring an opportunity to our network of funds, family offices, and high net-worth individuals.
Our Team
Michael Connor
Michael has spent years in the Investment Banking business. He founded Kansas Capital Holdings in 2012 in order to consolidate and manage entities which he owned or otherwise controlled. Prior to founding Kansas Capital, he was a founding partner at Frontier Wealth Management, a boutique RIA with over $2B in assets. His primary focus at Frontier was managing a portfolio of alternative investments. Michael was an institutional sales trader with Howe Barnes Investment and RBC Dain Raucher.
Jay Gaudreau
Jay joined Kansas Capital Holdings at the time of its founding in 2012. Prior to his employment at Kansas Capital, he was a principal at Vianney Fund Management (VFM) where he oversaw a debt fund focused primarily on specialty finance companies. Prior to VFM, he was an analyst at Frontier Wealth Management where he was responsible for conducting diligence on potential alternative investment opportunities. He began his career at a family office where he oversaw a portfolio of alternative investments.
